In the following document, the terms “Seller” “we” and “our” refer to Chiara Cattaneo, while the terms “User”, “Client” “you” and “your” refer to the User / Client.

1. PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1 This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that govern the use of the website www.chiarahealing.com and the all the services, sessions, packages, programs offered by Chiara Cattaneo through the Website (the “Services”).
1.2 These Terms and Conditions shall be read carefully by the Client before placing an order with the Seller for the purchase of any Service displayed on the Website and shall be explicitly agreed before sending the order through the procedure provided by the Website.
1.3 By accepting this Terms and Conditions you declare that the decision to attend a session, event, retreat or program offered by Chiara Cattaneo is yours and you have not been pressured or coerced into making this decision.
2. CHOICE OF SERVICES and PLACING OF ORDERS
2.1 The Website displays the Services which are available for purchase along with their full description.
2.2 Chiara Cattaneo provides energy treatments, meditation guidance and support to allow for your body to function at an optimal level. Chiara Cattaneo does not diagnose, prescribe for, or claim to cure, any human diseases. Only the body can heal itself, so AcuEnergetics® treatments are not offered as a cure, but rather as aiding the body in re-establishing normal balance and bodily functions that are free from pain.
2.3 If you are interested in placing an order or in receiving information about a Service, you should fulfil the relevant form provided on the website, or send an e-mail to info@chiarahealing.com or call Tel. +33635392055.
2.4 A booking is confirmed once Chiara Cattaneo and the client have agreed on a date, time, duration and location for the Service. To this extent the Client will receive a letter (e-mail) of confirmation with all relevant details.
2.5 If you sign up for a package of Sessions or Classes, this must be used within the time agreed when booking, and in any case within the final term agreed with Chiara Cattaneo in the confirmation letter.
3. AVAILABILITY AND CANCELLATION
3.1 As soon as the Client’s order is processed, the Seller informs the Client if any of the ordered Services turn out to be unavailable. In such a case, the order will not be accepted with respect to those Services being unavailable.
3.2 The Seller has the final right to cancel the Services with a prior notice of 15 days before the Expected Date.
3.3 The seller has the right to cancel an appointment and to change the time or date of bookings without notice if the room or environment is unsuitable for the treatment to be provided, or if the therapist is taken ill. If this happens, we will inform you as soon as is practically possible.
3.4 In case, notwithstanding the Client has receipt of the Order Acceptance, one or more Services included in an accepted order turned out to be unavailable or cancelled by the Seller, the Seller will inform the Client accordingly and will propose, alternatively, to modify or cancel the accepted order. In case of cancellation, the Seller shall, at the customer’s choice, confer to the Client a credit corresponding to the sum paid to the Seller, that can be used for the purchase of a different Service, or refund the Client for the price of the purchased Service that has been cancelled.
3.5 In no case will any costs incurred by the Client for the purchase of air tickets or for other means of transport or for the booking of hotels and other accommodation and/or accommodation facilities, as well as any other additional expenses incurred by Client will be refund by the Seller.
4. TERMS OF PAYMENT
4.1 The payment of the purchase price shall be paid by credit card, or check or by wire transfer. The Seller accepts only the credit cards listed on the website.
4.2 Invoices, where applicable, will be sent only electronically (in pdf format) according to the details provided by the Client.
4.3 In case the Client wants to receive the invoice, the Client shall select the relevant option before placing the Order.
4.4 VAT is not chargeable on any of our Products or Services. However, if in the future VAT becomes chargeable, all prices will be treated as exclusive of VAT, and VAT will be charged in addition.
4.5 The payment shall be made in advance when the Client books the Service. Once you have booked in and paid the deposit, or the full amount, for a session, event, retreat or program, then you are committed to attending the event you have booked in for.
4.6 Prices are liable to change at any time, but these changes will not affect any confirmed bookings or purchases.
5. EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT AND LATE ARRIVALS
5.1 Please note that according to the Italian Consumer Protection Law, in case of distance contracts, the right of withdrawal of consumers does not apply to contracts having as object services such as accommodation, transport, catering or leisure services, when the Seller undertakes to provide these services on a certain date.
5.2 As a consequence, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the Services commercialised on the Website, since they consist of courses, webinars, programs and session which are provided on a certain date.
5.3 Notwithstanding the above, Chiara Cattaneo recognise the right of the Client to cancel a single treatment with a 48h prior notice. If a cancellation is made more than 48 hours before a treatment at a clinic, then the client will not be charged. If a client misses or cancels an appointment, giving less than 48-hours notice, then the full payment for the session will still be due, except in certain circumstances where Chiara Cattaneo, at her discretion can opt for another solution.
5.4 Due to Chiara Cattaneo other clinic commitments, treatments will end at the scheduled time. Therefore, the clients who arrive late will have their treatment time reduced by the number of minutes they arrived late. The treatment will finish at the pre-agreed time. The full cost of the treatment booked will still be payable by the client.
6. LIABILITY
6.1 The Client, in giving his consent to the conclusion of the contract, declares to have well understood the content of the programs, courses, webinars, sessions and other Services displayed on the Website. The Seller declines any and all liability where the contents of the Services do not meet the expectations of the Client.
6.2 The Seller and or its employees and independent contractors do not practice a health care profession, therefore no Service constitutes in any form a diagnosis or a therapy, conventional or unconventional. While AcuEnergetics® can be used entirely on its own, it is not intended as a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis and treatment. If you suspect any disease, you should consult your physician. The health of you and your loved ones is important and it is not our purpose to replace the services of your doctor or traditional medicine. If you are currently taking medication that you wish to discontinue using, you should consult a doctor to help you do this. If you decide to stop the medication without the approval of a physician, you assume full responsibility for this decision.
6.3 The Seller will not be liable for the failure of the Services or its cancellation due to an unpredictable event independent of its will, such as natural calamities, riots, national strikes, fires, pandemic, etc. In this case, The Seller will try to adopt solutions that make it possible to avoid, or at least limit, the consequences of force majeure.
6.4 If you purchase an event, retreat or program and it includes course materials, these materials will only be made available to and accessed by you. You must not make available, copy, distribute, sell, broadcast or otherwise supply in any medium or manner these materials (or any part of them) to any third party.
6.5 Personal possessions are the sole responsibility of the client. We accept no responsibility or liability for any items that are lost, damaged or stolen at a Chiara Cattaneo retreat, event or treatment.
6.6 We accept no liability for personal damage, injury or illness suffered during your stay, or during your travel to or from, a Chiara Cattaneo event, retreat or treatment.
6.7 When attending one of our events or retreats, we recommend that all customers have adequate travel insurance that covers cancellation, curtailment, personal liability, accident or illness, and loss of luggage and personal effects.
7. WEBSITE CONTENT
7.1 The content of the Website is general and is provided for information purposes only. The information on the Website is not and should not be considered as professional or medical advice. Although reasonable care has been taken in the Website creation, Mrs. Chiara Cattaneo does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness or updating of the information contained on the Website. The information on the Website should not be used without verification from appropriate sources and without professional consultation, whenever it is appropriate to request it. You must rely on your own evaluations and research, in order to verify the accuracy of the information provided.

These Conditions of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. It remains understood and agreed that any and all claim howsoever connected with the scope of these Conditions of Sale shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Milano (Italy), which means that the Client may bring a claim to enforce his/her consumer protection rights in connection with these Conditions of Use either in Ivrea or in the place where the Client is domiciled.
